FAQ:

How can we work together?

Let's talk. Email with your needs and ideas at katgalwriter@gmail.com

Can you write regular blog posts for me?

Absolutely. Most of my clients ask for regular blog support (eg. 2-3 times a week, weekly, biweekly, etc) to build and strengthen their online presence. How regularly you want your posts is entirely up to you.

Do I have to commit to regular blog posts?

Absolutely not. If you only need a one off post, a few posts, or perhaps an ebook, I am happy to work with you.

Can you write articles for me for high authority websites and guest blogs?

Yes, most certainly. Many of my clients ask for help with articles for Thrive Global, the Medium, the Elephant Journal, Tiny Buddha, and other popular websites or to be used as guest blogs.

Will anyone know that we are working together? Will you work as a ghostwriter?

Many of my clients prefer to hire me on a ghostwriting basis. In this case, my name won't appear on your blog or other materials. Most of my ghostwriting clients prefer complete anonymity. In this case, I don't use any of my work, your website's name, or your name on my website, social media or elsewhere. Hiring me will be up to you and I. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, it is completely your work. A small number of my ghostwriting clients allow me to use their name, business, and even some work in my portfolio or on my website. Some clients ask me to write articles under my own name due to my background in holistic health and life coaching, psychology, and research. Some clients ask for a mix of ghostwriting posts and posts appearing under my name. It is up to your needs.

Will you come up with new ideas for new blog posts for me?

This is entirely up to you. If you already have ideas and specific topic, we can go from there. If you don't have any ideas and prefer me to come up with topics for you, I am more than happy to do that. Be as specific or as vague as you need to be. However, I do charge a bit extra for coming up with topics for you.

Can you write about my personal experiences?

Many of my clients want to have a personal touch to their blogs and some ask me to write about their personal stories (eg. healing stories, personal lifestyle changes, etc). As long as you share your story and ideas with me, I can create an authentic post sharing your personal story using your natural voice.

Will my posts be unique?

It doesn't matter how many times a topic has been told, it is always possible to make it unique and interesting for your audience.

Can you rewrite existing posts or my ideas for future posts?

Yes. If you want to upgrade existing blog posts making them more interesting, more unique, more up-to-date, or longer, I can certainly help you with that. If you like to write your own posts, but you are not confident in your writing abilities or in your English, you can send me your work and I can create magical posts from your own work keeping your unique voice.

What if I am just starting out? Can you still help me?

It doesn't matter if it is your 1st, 100th, or 1000th day in business, as long as we are the right fit, we can work together. You may not even have a blog yet, you can still message me if you are looking for help with content.

What is your niche? Can you write outside of your niche?

My niche is holistic health. My expertise lies in holistic health and healing, holistic nutrition, detoxification and cleansing, whole foods nutrition, plant-based diets, holistic and healthy living, chronic pain and illness (prevention and treatment), superfoods, juicing, mindset, psychology, emotional healing, mental health, mind-body soul connection, health and life coaching, holistic and alternative healing methods, and spirituality. I have also written about travel, education, cultural experiences, and relationships in the past. I specialize working with holistic health and nutrition practitioners, entrepreneurs, businesses, bloggers, coaches, and other health  professionals. Most of my clients tend to come from this field asking for work within my niche. If you have other ideas and wish to work with me, feel free to reach out and see if we can work together.

Can you help with creative writing, poetry, or academic writing?

No, I specialize in online content helping entrepreneurs, business, bloggers, coaches, and other health and wellness professionals.

Do you offer services in other languages?

No. My services are in English (American English).

When will you send me your work?

We will agree on deadlines that work for both of us for each post and project.

Do you accept last minute assignments?

Generally speaking, no. In certain cases I make an occasional exception for regular clients for an extra fee.

What if I need to change your workload?

At first we may agree on one blog post a week, but down the road, you may realize you would like to have two posts a week. Perhaps you wish to create an e-book. You may also want to slow down a bit and post less frequently. You can certainly request a change in the workload. When and how to do that will be laid out in the contract.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. It is best for both of us.

What's your pricing?

It depends on your particular needs (number of posts, length of post, type of work, time working together etc). Email me with your needs, so we can get started asap.

How do I pay you?

If you are a regular client you will either receive an invoice once a month or twice a month (depending on our agreement). For one off assignments, you will receive an invoice right away. There is a late fee for late payment. It will be all laid out in our contract.

Can you work for free for exposure? Can you offer a discount?

No. I am a professional, I don't work for exposure. Would you ask your hairdresser to cut your hair for free or your local restaurant to serve you for free for exposure? Quality blog posts and other written content takes time and work. Though I love my job, I too have to pay the bills. I do not offer discounts, but I have various favorable packages, and I am certain you will find what suits your needs and your budget.
